Shipping Policy/Delivery Locations

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Policy

- To get FREE delivery, your order total amount must be ₦60,000 and above excluding large item. Your delivery address must be fall within the following catchment area of Abuja (CBD, Asokoro (excluding new extension), Maitama including Nicon junction, and Wuse 2.

- Our delivery rate varies based on location and shipping method.

- All orders placed before 10:00 am will be delivered same-day at the standard shipping rate locally (₦3500 most times for CBD, Asokoro (excluding new extension), Maitama including Nicon junction, and Wuse 2). All other areas outside of the above mentioned will have varying standard shipping rate ranging from ₦3800 to ₦4500.

- All orders placed after 10:00 am will be delivered next day at the standard shipping rate (₦3500 most times and in some cases between ₦3800 to ₦4500.

- The cost (₦7,500 most times) of 1hr delivery is higher than the standard shipping rate. These customers are referred to as Shop4U Express customers.

- The 1hr delivery is scheduled between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and it's exclusive to some locations in Abuja; Asokoro, Central Business District, Garki 1 & 2, Gwarimpa, Guzape, Maitama, Utako, Wuse (Zones 1-7), and Wuse 2. 

Livestock carriage unfortunately, we do not ship livestock such as poultry, animals or any fresh fish. However, during the festive seasons such as Eid festival and Christmas, we can consider on request and at extra cost through a third-party to deliver livestock in selected areas of FCT. Call our customer service team to check if your area is covered before you place your order!
