- 1/2kg Taushe or Pumpkin
- 1 medium bunch spinach
- 1 cup chopped okra
- 6 medium garden eggs(diced)
- 2 tbs of ground crayfish
- 4 small size pepper
- 1 ½ cups of unroasted groundnut
- 2 tbs of ground locust bean cake
- Maggi cubes
