CREAM OF CORN SOUP

Ingredients for cream of corn soup

•       2 ½ cups corn kernels removed from the cob
•       2 Tablespoons of butter
•       1/3 cup white onion finely chopped
•       2 cloves garlic diced
•       2 cups chicken broth
•       2 cups milk
•       1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
•       Salt and pepper to taste
