Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Shipping Policy
- To get FREE delivery, your order total amount must be ₦15,000 and above excluding large items.
- Our delivery rate varies based on location and shipping method.
- All orders placed before 10:00 am will be delivered same-day at the standard shipping rate (₦800 most times).
- All orders placed after 10:00 am will be delivered next day at the standard shipping rate (₦800 most times).
- The cost (₦3,000 most times) of 1hr delivery is higher than the standard shipping rate. These customers are referred to as Shop4U Express customers.
- The 1hr delivery is scheduled between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and it's exclusive to some locations in Abuja; Asokoro, Central Business District, Garki 1 & 2, Gwarimpa, Guzape, Maitama, Utako, Wuse (Zones 1-7), and Wuse 2.
